Hi Allen, Your Vista issue doesn't appear to be related to Rail Racer, but something related to confirming adman approval. You might want to arrow to the RR setup file, and press the context key which is right next to your right control key. In that menu you will see an option like install as administrator. That should allow you to install without having to mess with the admen pop up. Failing that you can go in to configure and turn off Vista's security restrictions for administrator until you finish the RR install, and can restart those services. Cheers.
