Hi, why don't you just download the demo version of Jaws or Win-eyes and set it to start before you log into the system? That way you could easily install .Framework 1.1, get around the logon screen with no trouble and then just remove the .net framework accounts from the system? It would reliably fix your issue, and you might have to do it in the end, as I doubt there could be a way to work around the implemented RR licensing system.
