Hi list, I just updated Rail Racer to version 1.3 from 1.0.
I first unzipped the files in my Rail Racer Demo folder and then tried to run the game. I got the debugging dialog and the game did not start. Then I deleted the config.exe file from the rail racer folder and tried again, but stil I get the exception error, the debugging service dialog.
