Just because a key is usable in the game doesn't mean someone has to use it. Or it could be a toggle or something.

They might need to hear Rolling skull, to the left, 5 feet because they have partial deafness in the left ear. I would certainly understand this on that grounds. However, for those of us who have no problems hearing then such a feature adds info, and in ways takes some of the challenge out of hearing when to jump.
