Hi Kelly. As Liam said being either at recall in the newbie part of the game or a way point this is another location in the game where you can type pray here andn then recall to that location by typing way and the number.
I play alter aeon and get plenty of enjoyment out of it. You can level in what ever class you like but you don't have to stick to leveling the same class throughout the game. One of my characters wex she is a level 19 mage level 23 cleric level 12 warrior and level 8 thief.
