Hi Trenton,
The ESP games work fine under Windows Vista provided the DirectX VB
libraries are installed in your
c:\Windows\System32
directory. Most issues in Vista are solvable provided you install the
necessary dependancies.
As for running DirectX under Linux believe me it is not worth your time
trying. You have to configure the Windows emulator, wine, copy several
dll files from a Windows XP system, try and install DirectX, and hope
when you are done you did everything correctly. Even if you get a
successful emulation going for DirectX the games will run slow, and not
perform nearly as well as on Windows because of the emulation layer.
As for Lindows, AKA Linspired, it is true the os has a Linux core, but
the graphical user interface is totally custom. That means no Linux or
Windows accessibility software, such as a screen reader, will operate
well in the Linspired environment. That was the case the last I checked,
and the developers seamed less than interested in making there GUI
accessible to the blind.
As for Casino I'm assuming you are talking about Kitchensinc Casino. The
only way you can realisticly move it to Linux without going through
killing yourself by setting up emulation is to rewrite it in Python,
Java, etc and then run it.
