HI Part of Ian's reason is he wants to an extent have a degree of personal contact with the people who are playing his games. It's regretable if you haven't followed up on asking, however, I'd suggest asking for a couple in one message. Perhaps waiting awhile then sending a second request for a couple of other games and so on. I believe I have all of the games he has released. True it is unusual not to be able to just download them, but after all he's putting out some good quality games and not charging for any of them.
