It's probably in one of the dwellings that were awarded as prizes in the Festival of Blades. I put in for the raffle at the Tournament of Illusion even though the best of those swords is slightly weaker than what I'm currently using. I've got my eye on one of the amulets at Tallys', but it costs quite a few tokens, which I'd be able to get if I traded in my Dragongem Longsword. But I'll only do that if I can be certain of a weapon almost as good.
