Greetings Dark! You have it correct. The official Tracks go in the official Tracks folder, and the User Tracks go into the User Tracks folder. The deal is Users can up load tracks they have created to the user track page on the site for all to download. Then you can comment on the tracks and based on user feedback Chee will promote a user track to official track status. What this does is allow you to earn money and post track times on them. You cannot do any of this on a user track, they are again just there to share with the community. HTH! and Happy Racing!
