OK, we'll probably be going off-topic here, but how do I access it? I've installed FileZilla, but have never used it before. I type in the username and password, port number and address into filezilla, and choose quick connect. It then tells me connecting, I get a welcome message, and then it tells me it times out. Also, what do you mean by no passive mode, what setting is that, could that be the problem?
