Just for fun, I think phil should do the same with the front doormat what he did with the flue pouder. If sarah tries to unlock the front door with the alohamora spell the door unlocks, if she opens the door, she will automatically open the door and exit the castle. The news will spread to her father that sarah is outside the castle and within a second he aparates and takes her home.
