Acording to the official rules of Monopoly, there are 12 hotels and 32 houses. Once they are bought, no more can be bought. When a player goes bankrupt, any houses or hotels he or she owned are turned back in to the bank and the player receives half their selling price, which is then turned over to who he or she owes. Those houses and hotels are then available to remaining players for purchase at full price. I used to play in Monopoly tournaments in which only official rules were used. --- Shepherds are the best beasts. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jim Kitchen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Gary Whittington" <Gamers@audyssey.org> Sent: Thursday, December 20, 2007 3:14 AM Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Monopoly suggestions
