Hi Claudio,
I really do not think that will work. the J2SE platform for Mac, Linux, 
and Windows is different from the J2ME platform for mobile devices.
One big thing you are over looking is I am planning to use some custom 
wrapper classes to wrap OpenAL and even DirectX Direct Input so no 
functionality like 3D audio and force feedback gaming devices will be 
lost in the conversion from C-Sharp to Java 6. Because those libraries 
and custom wrapper classes are os specific you can't just take the game 
and slap it on a cell phone and expect it to work.
It is true that Java itself is platform and os independant, but the 
technologies I am going to have to interact with such as DirectX, 
OpenAL, etc have to be delt with at the os level.
