you can stand up for it, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that deals on the web daily. yes, I tried it and it kept trying to heal one file. I put it in the vault and it still wanted to heal the file. i got a copy of symantic and the virus was found the win95 space virus. That virus came out in 96 and by 2000 was considered a third class threat. Your AVG never even seen the virus that was over 8 years old and still won't. If a file keeps on getting healed over and over then its doing nothing. if it picks system files as viruses then its no good, because it can't tell system files from a real virus. One question? Why do people trust software made from countries that have made the news about them making viruses? And if your virus protection can't find a virus that has ben out over five years, is it really protecting you or does the bloated phoney news hipe do it for you.
