The major problem is sometimes when you open an xml, close it, then open it again you get a bunch of traceback errors. It doesn't hurt anything though, just close monkey term and launch it again. > 2. it uses vb script, who's implamentation is less than stable. oh? right i've crashed it a bit for sure. I don't have any problems writing things in vb script for it, my code runs pretty good > 3. it's not even supported by the author. true > 4. it's documentation is incomplete true, but I still know how to use it > 5. it offers no way of adding triggers via command line. false. You can add triggers from the input window. You can also add aliases. You can only do simple stuff though, so you can't do multi lined stuff like command say hi then have <% showme"test" %> on the next line. You can also delete stuff from the input window. You can do a whole lot of stuff with it. 6. one word. vista. false. It works fine with vista. I'm on vista right now and i've done a lot of stuff with monkey term here. Turn that around, vista doesn't work with crap, heh. > 7. it's programmed in visual basic. true, what's wrong with visual basic? > > give me more time, I can list more things I hate. either way. I think > monkey term is a poor option for the future. Maybe you'll use VIPMud. I'll give it a try when it comes out. right now i'm more than happy with monkey term. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "constantine (on laptop)" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: "Gamers Discussion list" <gamers@audyssey.org> > Sent: Sunday, March 09, 2008 12:15 PM > Subject: Re: [Audyssey] A question about mud clients > > >>I agree here.
