Hi, I just saw on TV today since I live in the US, that some college kids have brought the fictional sport of quidditch down to earth and have made a real sport that people play on a soccer or football field: called quidditch. The long name is quidditch for muggles. And it's a combination of dodge-ball, soccer, and rugbey. The game is complete with balls that look like quaffles, beaters, seekers, keepers and even to simulate the golden snitch there's a person assigned to run round the field with a flag or something on him, and if someone manages to grab the flag attached to his/her uniform the game is over and the person belonging to that team wins. so far 80 colleges in the US have quidditch teams and the goal is for all colleges to have quidditch teams here and maybe in other countries as well.
