well I wouldn't install comodo stuff.
I tried their antispam once I didn't care for it so decided to kill it.
The installation routeen was busted.
I recomend you just reformat and never get any comodo stuff again.
The stuff is stable but after my experience I wouldn't trust it.
your isp is probably blocking ports.
