Actually I talkedd to them about it and they said one replacement. As for the replacement fee it's 25% of the game's original cost, so it actually ranges from five to eight dollars. I had to replace keys for all my Draconis titles at the start of this year and I talked to them about it. Personally I don't mind their policies much since their keys aren't hardware specific and so it's worth saving them to a thumb drive. But I still like BSC's replacement policy best since you get four replacements per title per year.
