Yes, i did have both of them installed, but still the problem come up.
I did try wright to there Support, but got no answer.

Have you downloaded the latest setup file? Also, do you have the
directx 9 components installed? They do not come natively with Vista
unless you upgraded.
They are included with some games, but I'm not sure which.
