If anyone is really comfortable with file permissions and such under vista, can someone get with me on skype? I'm trying to get this file to install from pete dowsen's website that will update the runways for its your plane with the runways listed for the airports in fs2004. But when I go to run the file I get makerways.exe and fstar.exe has stopped working. Its your plane tech support has said I need to do some stuff with changing file permissions and I've come at this backwards and forwards and can't seem to get the permissions to change. I'm running with an admin account. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
