It's better than many I've tried, some of the intonations are similar to
actual English speech; I've never figured out why people like Dektalk, I
utterly loath it.

well eloquence is the blindness shipping product that goes in everything.
win eyes, k1000, and even hal now though some like k1000 and gw did have
dectalk synths.
eloquence is ok for a synth but all the small issues it had in the past.
Its also quite robotic and crappy, though as a fast responce synth its good
for what it needs to be which is probably why its everywhere.
