Hi all,
Let's talk about the problem of creativity in gaming as I have big problems
with it. I want your opinions on how the game ideas come to you.
Recently we saw some ideas like "Thomas's revenge" and similar, where we
talked about how the game could look like. Then, a while ago, Fill was posting
the messages with the subject "Games we would like to play", where new ideas
were presented. Then, how much criticism was made about those who think about
the ideas, but don't think about the possibility to implement it in a game.
That is where my problem comes, and it is particularly about the interactive
fiction. When I started playing if, I had a bunch of ideas. But when I started
programming, they all disappeared. Not that I am not a creative person, I am (I
don't say that, others said it many times), so the problem is not that. Did you
have similar experience when thinking what to make?
I hope my message was understandable enough.
   Best regards!
          Milos Przic
