You need to hit the Enter key to jump and avoid his shots. Then when you get
that high-pitched lock-on sound you can fire on him.

I finally managed to disarm the bomb on Easy Difficulty today, but was
surprised by what happened next. In short, I had to fight the boss, but
I'm not sure how to do this, and died as a result. Can someone tell me how
to proceed when I get to this point in the game?
