that thing was also mentioned in voyager in episode the swarm, I think. it was the one where the doctor was about to go offline and where voyager met those weird bug things that had this really weird way of communicating. That's actually off-opic, so I won't drill into it even more. just wanna say looking forward to stfc2, and while I know you're not a fan of cheats I really think it should have some if you're feeling rood. good ideas include, ability to add warp capability to stations and cloaking devices for all ships. not very realistic, yes, but hey, fun times if you're angry... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Thomas Ward" <thomasward1...@gmail.com>

Hi Petr,
Actually, that makes it even more amusing since Earth Station McKinley
is suppose to be in orbit above earth as seen on Star Trek Next
Generation. In fact, it was seen in the show immediately following
Best of Both Worlds were the Enterprise was taken to Earth Station
McKinley for immediate repairs after getting heavily damaged by the
Borg. It was in my opinion a pretty boring episode, but that's where I
got Earth Station McKinley from in case you were ever wondering.

Cheers!
