Hi Ron, There is nothing you can do to make Microsoft Anna louder. by default she should be at full volume on Windows 7, and as I said earlier for some unknown reason that voice is unusually low. They only thing you can do is purchase a better Sapi voice from Cepstral.com or Nextup.com. Personally, for playing games that use Sapi 5.x I'd prefer the AT&T natural voices like Crystal, Mike, Charles, Lorn, etc as they ssound the most human to me. Although, some of the Cepstral voices aren't too bad either.
