It would appear that I need to start the mission over, as after the 
scene where Brutus announces himself, there is no target to go after. 
Perhaps there is a bug.  The other odd thing is that I technically 
didn't take out the training grounds earlier in the mission, but 
destroyed everything around it, including the guard towers.  Before I 
could take them out, the scene played where Brutus is saying, "Who the 
hell are you?" and shouting for his fighters to scramble.
