Hi Michael, I see your point, but I don't think it is anything we have to worry about right now. Not to mention there isn't anything we can do about it or control if that happens. All we can do is wait and see what happens regarding those voices.
For those of us who have the RealSpeak voices and they currently work on Windows 7 etc we can probably fall back on those older voices for several years to come even if the current RealSpeak voices for Jaws or the ones for the Nextup products aren't updated. If someone is that concerned/worried about it the best thing I can suggest is invest your time and money into a different company like Cepstral or Ivona who is keeping their customers up to date with technology changes and aren't getting all proprietary with their voices.
