Hi Dark, I'm looking at the Pontes Backgammon site. So, if I donate 13 euros, I'll be able to play a full game, but if I don't, I can't.
I'll have to do some conversion, because I'm not sure how much that is in U.S. funds. But if the game is good, I'll gladly support it, especially for the opportunity for on-line play. I can now always defeat the computer on Hard,and can win 50 percent of the time against difficult. while I agree this is probab ly not as challenging as it could be, sinse Pontes backgammon has the ability to play against other people online, some of whome are very good there is always an option to continue. Pluss Manu is continually improving the game, he's just for instance added mouse support and apparently is looking into adding graphics as well. I'd deffinately recommend it, even if the computer isn't tough enough there is always online play. Beware the grue!
