After a while, to and out of the shop maybe, you will see something additional in the shop which will lead you to open a secret drawer in lily's house. Then with that, you can open up something of what you will need to kill those werewolves together with the thing you got from the antique shop previously. I can't tell you exactly, but hey, the above clues should get you somewhere.
