Hi, There are 3 files that need to be registered with windows 7 in most cases. Just to be sure, register all 3. and try to run it again When you register the file, the system should tell you whether the file was registered properly or not. You might want to review the screen to make sure.
One thing that helps with registering the files is to make sure you run the command prompt as administrator. HTH.
