Hi Michael,

What game specifically is giving you this issue? If it is one of the
GMA Games I can tell you the keys are tied to a specific user account.
If You had a Michael account and then used Mike the next time you'd have to get a new registration key or remove the Mike account and add a Michael account instead. Hope that makes sense.

Hello, All.
Last week I was going through my computer and I deleted a file by mistake, so I had to reload Windows. The first thing is that I have learn that before deleting files ask someone about it first if I'm not sure what it is for or what it does. So here is the question I would like to ask, Why is it when a person goes to reload Windows I get a different product ID for the game that I am re-registering to have the full version? I would think that if you are on the same machine and using the same version of Windows you would not have to request another key. If someone could please help me with this that would be great! I am also wondering if there might be away to set the product ID back to the last ID that I had for the game? If someone has had this issue before I would love to hear how you change the product ID so you could register the game using an old registration key that you have paid for in the past?
Thanks for the help!
