True. In there own way the first 17 missions were like training missions. A person needs it to take on some of the user created missions. Need I mention my own created missions require a lot of skill. :D

However, one of my faves is mission 21 or 22 where you have to navigate up the river and take out the damn. Its one of David Lants missions, and it is a darn good mission. Getting around those blasted mines is a really tight squeeze. Then, when you get near enough to smoke the damn you have a battleship right there ready to waist you. Although, I usually waist him first. Lol!
