Not sure what you mean by passing in Jeopardy. If you don't buzz in, well then
you don't answer the question, no penalty, you just didn't buzz in.

Actually, passing in Jeopardy is a calculated risk, and I don't follow
why it would make the game too easy. In Jeopardy if you pass and the
other contestant gives the correct question then the pass counts against
you as though you got it wrong. However, if the other contestants also
get it wrong then the pass is in your favor, and doesn't count against
you. So as I said its a calculated risk.
