Hi Dark, I've had good luck with Steve Jackson Games, Atlas Games, Pinnacle Entertainment Group, Hogshead Publishing (I think they're a UK group), Murach Books (they're the computer programming folks) and other small press sorts that I can't think of just now.
WoTC does ignore us, that's true.
