I cut copied and pasted the address you gave me into the address bar of IE
8. I hit enter. The page loaded. The same forbidden notification came up.

You must have auto fill turned on, and that is one of its problems, not
going where you want but where it wants.

I didn't think it would be. Antivirus programs generally do not stop a
person from accessing a website. Although, it would help if Keith
would post the actual error he gets rather than assuming everyone
knows what he is talking about. The error code is important for
debugging the problem.
