Or... if you want a cheaper solution, just buy an rca to 2.5 mm jack so you
can plug it straight into your line in and use a headset through your
speakers. lol That way you can record as well, so if you're stuck you can
record your playing and anyone who knows how can correct and give you
advice.

discuss headsets. You won't be able to use a regular PC-only USB headset,
unless you buy adapters that'll work with your console. I haven't bought
such devices, so I've no idea how well they might work. If what you want
is game audio as well as voice chat capabilities going through the
headset, then you should probably look around on Amazon or electronics
stores. I have a turtle beach ear force wired headset, and it works quite
well. there are many other options out there, triton headsets, wired and
wireless headsets with and without surround sound, and so on. you should
type in PS3, or Xbox 360 headsets, and see what you can find. look at
reviews as well, as they'll be quite useful in your decision making.
