I'm not sure this is a good idea. Basically, we have the problem that unless 'run-rapi-or-not' is a variable in the cluster, the watcher cannot monitor it. So we should not disable it via the init script, but via a cluster config file. I was planning to add soon (even during 2.0.x) a monitor to watcher to restart RAPI in case it's not running, and this would conflict with that. iustin
