What software version are you running? Please provide the output of "gnt-
cluster --version".

What distribution are you using?
# cat /etc/SuSE-release
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (x86_64)

PATCHLEVEL = 2
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. gnt-cluster modify --prealloc-wipe-disks yes
2. gnt-instance add -t sharedfile .... some.vm # preallocates the disk
3. gnt-instance modify --disk add:size=xG some.vm # does not preallocate
What is the expected output?
a progress report for preallocation
What do you see instead?
a spars file und my NFS
