Sorry, but I don't know exactly what we can do to help.
Could it be a kernel bug? or a kvm bug? Or could it be something that you
think is configured the same as your Gen7s but it's not?
Does anything change between when the instance behaves correctly and when
it doesn't? (in the network configuration as seen by the host)?
