In 'lib/constants.py', constant 'CONFD_REQ' contains all the 'CONFD_REQ_*'
constants with the exception of 'CONFD_REQ_NODE_INSTANCES'.
The Haskell counterpart of 'CONFD_REQ',
namely, 'Ganeti.Confd.Types.ConfdRequestType', contains 'ReqNodeInstances'
which is the counterpart of 'CONFD_REQ_NODE_INSTANCES', which in turn is a
strong indication that 'CONFD_REQ_NODE_INSTANCES' is missing
from 'CONFD_REQS'.
