New issue 614 by [email protected]: Cluster related commands are unaware of the existing IP pools
http://code.google.com/p/ganeti/issues/detail?id=614

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add networks with subnets including master IP and nodes' IPs
2.those IPs get automatically reserved inside the pool.
3.gnt-cluster rename or gnt-node add/remove does not change the corresponding pools.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ideal scenario is to have Ganeti be aware of existing IP pools, so
that it automatically reserves/unreserves IPs used by Ganeti inside
the corresponding pools upon cluster modifications (renaming, node addition/removal, etc.)

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
