results in "wrongly named disks" error

The bug is fixed, so Ganeti 2.7 and later work correctly.
If you still have an older version which is affected by the bug, you can:
* Stop the ganeti daemons
* Edit the /var/lib/ganeti/config.data file:
* Find the disks without the iv_name parameter
* Add the iv_name parameter with the proper value (something
like "disk/0", "disk/1" and so on) to each disk that should have it.
* Restart the ganeti deamons
DON'T edit the config.data file without first stopping the daemons, or
you'll end up with Ganeti complaining about an inconsistent configuration.
