Can you please have a look at Debian bug #686823
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=686823). It seems to
affect Xen 4.0 but I cannot confirm this at this point. Also Xen
documentation is not that clear about blktap and blktap2.
