After consulting people more informed than me, I found out that the issue
was that my cluster had diskless as its default disk template (as it was
accidentally listed as the first one).
As DTotal reports values related to the default template, the query
returned information related to the diskless disk template. The reporting
for this template is apparently broken in the Python queries in Ganeti 2.10
onwards, but works well in Haskell queries. Only RAPI uses the Python
queries in 2.10, and in 2.11, it switched to Haskell queries, and the error
was obscured.
Due to the very limited number of people who could be affected by this, and
the fact that it works well in the very next version, I have marked the
issue as a WontFix.
