gnt-backup export has a "--noshutdown" flag rather than "--no-shutdown".
This is inconsistent with flag usage everywhere
else: "--no-start", "--no-name-check", "--no-ip-check", "--no-install", "--no-wait-for-sync"
etc.
To be consistent we should also accept --no-shutdown and to be downwards
compatible, keep the --no-shutdown.
Also, gnt-backup import supports "--no-name-check" and "--no-ip-check"
flags, but these flags are not listed in the gnt-backup man page. Neither
is intuitively clear what the difference between them is.
