What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile Ganeti with split users
2. Initialize a cluster
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Operations fail with
WARNING: Communication failure to node XY: Error 58: unable to use client
certificate (no key found or wrong pass phrase?)
This is caused by /var/lib/ganeti/client.pem being readable only by root,
while all the daemons run under different users. (Giving world reading
permissions as a test makes the problem go away.)
