Starting/stoping/migrating an instance with routed network doesn't work.
Network doesn't get setup correctly in routed mode because a possible
copy/paste bug in 'net-common.in'.
Bellow commit from November fixes the issue, but it don't seem to have
reached into 2.9.*.
