After the addition of thread IDs to the client identity in [6ea039ef6], the
call to "gnt-debug listlocks" requires the thread id, which is unknown to
the user.
Possible solutions:
- use another identification mechanism for RPC calls that aren't jobs
(perhaps design something like "Either JobId RpcCallId"); or
- update the "ListLocks" method in WConfD to include all threads of a given
job.
