It would be great to be able to run something similar to:
# gnt-node add --offline -s <secondary_ip> -g <node_group> <hostname>
to add currently offline machine into the cluster.
This should create an entry in /var/lib/ganeti/config.data without trying
to ssh to machine. The actual 'gnt-node add --readd <hostname>' will
happen later when machine is ready and healthy.
