Did you modify the DRBD related disk parameters? Please run a `gnt-cluster info` and look at 'resync-rate' and/or 'dynamic-resync' and related parameters (see `man gnt-cluster` for more details). Changing those parameters might only affect instances as soon as they are restarted.
